Toque ("we", "our", "us") connects customers in Qatar with home-based cooks and small home food businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Toque app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details — your name, phone number and email address when you register or check out.
• Location — your delivery address and, with your permission, your device location, so we can show home businesses that deliver to you and route your order.
• Order information — the items you order, schedule times, delivery instructions and order history.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
• Device & usage data — app version, device type and basic diagnostics to keep the app working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create your account and to process and deliver your orders.
• To share the details a home business and delivery partner need to prepare and deliver your order.
• To provide customer support and send order updates.
• To improve the app and keep it secure.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share only what is necessary with the home business preparing your food, the delivery partner fulfilling your order, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Location Data

Location is used to find nearby home businesses and to deliver your order. You can turn off location permission in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may delete your account at any time.

Toque is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
